Who we are

This website is operated by Hype, an animation and games studio at 370, Pelotas’ Street, Porto Alegre, Brazil. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].

What we collect

This site has no accounts, contact forms, advertising or analytics tools. We do not collect personal data through it. Like any web server, the hosting provider may keep technical logs (such as IP address, browser and date of access) for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set tracking cookies. The site only saves two preferences in your own browser (local storage), which are never sent to us: your chosen language and whether you allowed third-party videos. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Third-party videos

Our project pages embed videos from YouTube (Google) and Vimeo. These are not loaded until you click to allow them. Once loaded, the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

Links to other sites (Instagram, LinkedIn, Vimeo, Steam, Los Amigos) are governed by those sites’ own policies.

Emailing us

If you email [email protected] or [email protected], we receive the information you send (such as your name, address, message and portfolio). We use it only to reply to you or to evaluate your application, and keep it only for as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) you can ask us to confirm that we process your data, access it, correct it, delete it, port it, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will reply as soon as possible.
